Change throughout the development is what affects the young toddler. This means young hearts, aged around 0-5 need to be comfortable with newer surroundings, other than their familiar ones. Even if they are following the old common space they are needed to teach some behavioural tips. That’s when children need to learn from the nannies.

  1. What is the need?

Nanny sitting is the most common thing for working parents. However, these require a whole lot of patience, trust building, making the child comfortable with them. Again you have to assure the parents of being potent enough to take care of their wards. Some are seriously upgrading their skills before taking up the work. As a result, they would either do a diploma in special education in India quickly.

  • How the diploma in special education in India works?

Generally, an insight of this course would make the aspirants have some basic knowledge of handling babies, note on the nutritional diet charts, games, puzzles as activities and exercises that would help in the psychomotor development of students.

Two important reasons for the need to hire a nanny would include:

GETTING IGNORED!!!

Often, young children feel too comfortable with their mom’s, this can be because of an emotional bond that they would nag and create nuisances to the entire house. Even if the parents try to make them learn, the little superhuman would ignore to listen to anything instructed as ‘not to be done’ by the mother. It really is becoming a challenge for the nuclear families or for the single parents at times. Most of the time parents keep adjusting to the little baseless demands of their child, which is again not too good for their development processes.

LIFE IS TOO FAST!!!

Fact is life is fast-paced, with little scope to spend the whole day with your child. You have too many works – official and household to do and the little wonder will feel left out. The reason people are shouldering on the nannies is that they have to go that extra miles – in order to fulfil their dreams and ambition. In a way, this is practical looking at the constant change of lifestyle – quite expensive to afford and need a compassionate mind and soul to mind.

  1. What’s the reality?

Unfortunately, in India, not every nanny lacks the special ability or knowledge of handling young babies or children. Lately, child abuse, murder, kidnapping are some common criminal records that have increased in number. And in most of the cases, the accused person turned out to be the professional nanny, teachers or family members. Thus, trust becomes a key area of concern to any parents. Automatically, assuring the parents through building trust becomes a chief thing for the nannies.

Once if a 3-year-old has a newborn sibling in a micro family setting, that’s an additional pressure for the parents. If parents fail to balance their work schedule and attend two kids equally then they must arrange for a specialised person who can care the little wonder. In a way, parents don’t want to compromise on their childcare activities and thus would consider hiring the need of having a nanny.

       2. How do they work?

Be it in respect to the diploma in the special education online program or in-class training sessions, aspirants learn some interactive tools – those can be used while attending a child playfully. Initially, it will take 2 to 6 week’s time for the baby to adjust with the nanny.

Some of the general duties will require the nannies to do the following:

  • Change the clothes of a child, change their bed-sheets.
  • Use new toys to distract them if they are crying too much or are upset.
  • Play hide-seek with them or use music while making them fell asleep.

In short, the personality of a child gets shaped because of a nanny!  Undoubtedly this is a behavioural change which they would be facing and is greatly a life-changing moment for the entire family.
